1. Products
We aim to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible. Because some GOD ERA pieces involve handmade elements, artisanal processes or individually produced components, minor variations may occur between pieces. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the screen used to view the website.
2. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL / ₾) unless otherwise stated. The total price payable will be shown before the customer completes the order.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment has not been authorised, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, or fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the amount paid will be refunded.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods made available through our payment provider. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers.
5. Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Certain GOD ERA products may be produced after an order is placed. Estimated production times will be stated on the relevant product page. Where specified, production may require approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment.
A product made specifically to a customer’s individual measurements, specifications, personalisation request or bespoke alteration may not be eligible for the standard right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. A standard-size product that is simply produced after an order is placed is not automatically treated as personalised unless it has been made to the customer’s individual specifications.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Shipping costs, available delivery methods and applicable restrictions will be displayed during checkout where possible. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
7. Returns and Refunds
Customers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, subject to exceptions provided by applicable law. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
8. Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@god-era.com, including your order number and photographs where relevant. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on this website, including photographs, designs, garments, graphics, logos, texts, product names, artwork, videos, illustrations, branding and visual materials, is owned by or licensed to GOD ERA unless otherwise stated. It may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious software or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and that the website operates correctly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOD ERA shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to customers in their country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order will normally be the version published on the website at the time the order was placed.
