GOD ERA ships orders from Tbilisi, Georgia.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship products are prepared for dispatch after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the following business day.

Made-to-Order Products

Certain GOD ERA products are produced after an order is placed. Where a product is marked Made to Order or Pre-Order, please refer to the production time displayed on the individual product page. Unless otherwise stated, production may take approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout where available. Rates may depend on the destination, package size and weight, selected delivery method, and courier service.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or processing fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product and contact us at info@god-era.com. If tracking indicates an unusual delay or potential loss, contact us so we can assist with the courier investigation.
